All apartments are build with the most efficient building techniques and materials available in today’s industry, as follows:
•Efficient outside thermal building insulation layer applied on “Porothem” brick walls.
•All electrical connexions and installations fully fitted across the full building. All rooms have the required mains sockets.
•The building is endowed with its own heating system for permanent service of cold and hot water. It has also its own sewage system fully connected to the public network .
•All internal walls finished and decorated to a high standard with washable paints in the main rooms. Also each bathroom areas are covered with ceramic tiling (walls and floors). The main living rooms have laminated flooring or carpets fully fitted.
•Telephone points and sockets installed in the whole building.
•All bathrooms are fully fitted and fully equipped: shower and shower basin, sinks/wash basins, toilets.
•Air-conditioning units (this is optional)
